HOW DOES THIS WORK?
โฌ›๏ธ STEP 1: TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS (TNA)

I can conduct a 360 degree training needs analysis to understand the participant profile and the challenges that need to be addressed What do you get?

โฌ›๏ธ STEP 2: FINALISE CONTENT

I will create a customised session outline and send it to you for approval.

โฌ›๏ธ STEP 3: BUILD CUSTOMISED CONTENT

Once we agree on the content, I will flesh it out into concepts, activities, frameworks and role plays .

โฌ›๏ธ STEP 4: DELIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

Offline programs are conducted on-site as 8-hour full-day programs.Virtual programs will be anywhere between 90 to 120 minutes each week on Zoom.

โฌ›๏ธ STEP 5: PRACTICE ASSISTANCE

Participants will get a practice plan to help them keep working on themselves even between sessions.

โฌ›๏ธ STEP 6: COACHING AND MENTORING AFTER TRAINING

This is optional but has proved to be very effective in further nurturing individuals on the path to leadership.
