Cancellation & Refunds

Anvi Tek believes in assisting its customers to the fullest, offering a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will only be considered if the shipment has not yet been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. In cases of suspected fraudulent transactions or those violating our terms and conditions, Anvi Tek reserves the right to cancel such orders without prior notification.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation by contacting our customer support at AnviTekbelgaum@gmail.com (available Monday to Saturday – 10 AM to 5 PM).

Upon processing your cancellation request, we will refund the amount within 2-5 business days.

Refund Process

For cancellations before shipment, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days. Payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking will be refunded to the same account within 2-5 business days from the cancellation request. An additional 2-3 days may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Return Policy

Anvi Tek offers an easy return policy, allowing you to request a return/exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. In cases of defective products, requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are accepted, and full refunds are provided if the package is opened and returned within 5 days of delivery.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email at AnviTekbelgaum@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order ID and request details. Include an image of the product, showing the batch number and invoice.
  3. We will arrange to pick up the products within 4-7 business days. Refunds or replacements will be initiated once we receive the products in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

– The product is returned without original packaging, price tags, accessories, or if the packaging is damaged.

– The product’s serial number is tampered with.

– The product’s composition is altered.

– The request is made after 5 business days from the delivery date.

– The product was a free gift from Anvi Tek.

Handling Damaged or Wrong Products

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or wrong product, follow these steps within 5 days of delivery:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at AnviTekbelgaum@gmail.com.
  2. Provide order ID details and images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product, showing batch details and invoice.
  3. We will arrange a pick-up within 4-7 Business days and initiate the refund or replacement process once we receive the product in its original packaging.

Partial Order Returns

Partial returns are accepted. Each product must be returned with its original packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Refund Process for Returns

Refunds for returns are processed within 2-5 days from receiving and verifying the products at our warehouse. Payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking will be refunded to the same account within 2-5 days. For cash on delivery transactions, a bank transfer will be initiated within 2-5 Days upon receiving the product and your Bank details via email.

Refund Policy

Refunds are possible in cases of :

– Order cancellations before shipment.

– Refused deliveries.

– Unreachable or incorrect delivery addresses.

Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used. Credit/debit card payments will be refunded within 8-9 days from receiving the products. Net banking refunds will also be processed within 8-9 days.
