Shipping & Delivery

Anvi Tek has partnered with reputed logistic partners to ensure that all our products reach you in the best condition with no damages. We use packaging materials of the best quality, sourced from reliable vendors, and ensure thorough testing of package worthiness before using them for shipping and delivery.

Handling and Processing Time:

Anvi Tek takes a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 3 days of handling time to process orders and ship them to respective customers. Typically, we take 2 working days to ship products from our Belgaum warehouse.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

  1. Order Processing:

   Once our system has processed your order, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, we pack and hand over your products to our trusted logistic partner.

  1. Delivery Attempt:

   Our logistic partner will deliver the products to you at the earliest possibility. If they are unable to reach you at the shipping address or the suitable time provided by you, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

  1. Shipping Address:

   All products ordered (including any free gifts bundled with the product) will be shipped to the shipping address you provided at the time of placing your order. While we strive to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible.

How Are the Products Packaged?

Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap, with fragile products like glass bottles secured with an additional layer of bubble wrap. We then package the products in cardboard boxes. After packaging, the products are handed over to our logistic partners for delivery to your provided shipping address. Anvi Tek holds responsibility for any damages caused to the product while in transit.

Shipping Locations

Anvi Tek ships throughout India to almost all pin-codes. The list of pin-code serviceability may change depending on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your shipping address by entering your pin-code on any of our product pages or on the checkout page.

Tracking Your Order

Order Dispatch:

   Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and courier company details.

  1. My Account:

   If you are a registered user, you can track your order by logging into the “My Account” section on our Website and clicking on the “Your Orders” tab to view your order details.

Delivery Time

At the time of placing your order, an estimated delivery time will be shared based on your shipping address. We aim to deliver within 2-7 days of placing your order. However, deliveries can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Anvi Tek will strive to ensure timely delivery but is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partner.

*Note: Due to changing situations, we may need to pause deliveries if necessary. We request your patience in case of delays.

Delivery Time of the Day

Our logistic partner will call before delivering the product to ensure you are available to receive it. If delivery attempts fail three times, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges vary based on the product, packaging size, and other considerations. These charges will be included in your total bill at checkout and shown before you make the payment. Anvi Tek does not charge separate shipping fees in addition to the invoice amount shown at the time of placing the order.

Delivery Information

If no one is available at the address during delivery attempts, our logistic partner will make two more delivery attempts. You can contact our Customer Service hotline to reschedule the delivery date. If three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

We regularly review our Shipping and Delivery Policy to ensure it is up to date. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. You are advised to review the policy regularly for updates.
